Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Australia only.

Costs

Delivery is free on every order across Australia, with tracking. No minimum spend.

Delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days; some items held in Australian stock may arrive sooner:

• Items held in Australian stock: around 3–8 business days
• Items shipped from our supplier: around 7–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Regional and remote areas can take longer. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number.

Remote areas

A small number of remote postcodes can't be serviced by our carriers. If that affects your order, we'll contact you and offer a full refund.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or the tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us at stokaworld.app@gmail.com with your order number and we'll follow it up.
