Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from STK Marketplace ("we", "us"), based in Queensland, Australia. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and information

We try to describe our products accurately. Specifications come from our suppliers and are being confirmed with samples; anything not yet verified is noted on the product page. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and give a full refund if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly displayed in error, or we can't deliver to your address.

Using our gear safely

Outdoor activities carry risks. Our products and loadouts are a starting point, not a complete safety or packing list. Check the conditions, local guidance and the product details before you head out, and use each product as described.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the product, as allowed under the Australian Consumer Law.
